Schedule an event

Scheduling an event with GridStream Productions is quite easy - just fill out the form below!

After you have submitted your event our events department will review your request and make sure there are no conflicting events. Events are treated as first come first served, so make sure you submit your event as soon as you possibly can.

You will hear back from our events team once they are done reviewing your submission. They will let you know if everything is OK or if something is missing and/or conflicting and needs changing.

We need at least 1 week notice to consider your event. Events that don't meet this criteria will be rejected automatically.
