The status of GridStream services is noted at the start of the first post as STATUS, usually as STATUS: up or STATUS: down
This may be due to unexpected failures or schedule maintenance, more specific details are usually given in the 2nd post or 3rd post.
If you have technical issues or problems with GridStream products/software/services, please post in their respective threads and we will do our best to fix them. Try to be as detailed about why/what/when it fails and how if possible. If we get enough information, or can pinpoint, or replicate the issue we can probably fix it.
Feature requests and problem reports will be pruned when/if they are added or fixed, and they will be noted in the CHANGES post, usually the 2nd or 3rd post in a support thread, and in the documentation for the product if available.
Although we'd love feedback like "xxxxxx rocks" the support threads are technical threads, so they'll be more strictly moderated as mentioned above. Make a new thread/post in the Tech forum instead as that is more suitable for general kudos and discussions and comments about GridStream products. And don't forget to check the Pictures forum when it comes to GridStream Player Skins, AO Launcher skins and other art/graphic related stuff, use the official sticky threads there instead.
For anything that does not have it's own sticky support thread, simply make a new thread here in the Tech forum. Examples of such are Cookies, Winamp, AO , computer, other stuff. Basically if you have a technical issue and want to ask the community for help, this is the forum to ask in, GSP Staff, GSP Dancers and other talented community members will do their best to help you! _________________ The Griddler for world Emperor 2012
